Transportation to Memmingen City Center from Airport

Memmingen Airport is located about 4 km from the city center, making transportation to the city very easy and affordable.

It is incredibly cheap and convenient to get to the city from the airport using public transportation alternatives such as shuttles and buses. Other methods of transportation include taxis and rental cars.

Bus

The most practical and affordable means of transportation from Memmingen Airport to the city center is by bus. Memmingen city buses depart from the bus stops located outside of the airport terminal building. Bus lines 2, 810, and 811 provide direct transportation to the city center in about 15 minutes. This bus line travels in both directions so when you board make sure you get on the bus traveling in the direction of Oberstdorf.
