Transportation to Airport from Vladivostok City Center

Vladivostok city center is about 40 km from Vladivostok Airport, thus you can choose from several transportation means. City buses and taxis, but especially electric trains, are mostly used by tourists. For a more comfortable transport, you can rent a car by choosing one of the car rental companies. It takes a maximum of one hour to go to Vladivostok Airport from the city center.

Electric Train

Electric trains are the cheapest and most reliable mean of transportation that you can use to get to Vladivostok Airport from the city center and they are often used by locals within the city. Electric trains pass through many train stations within the city and go directly to Vladivostok Airport. You can take the electric train waiting at the Artyom Station, Ugolinaya Station, Vtoraya Station, Morgorodok Station, Pervaya Rechka Station or the Vladivostok railway station in the city center. You can buy your ticket from ticket machines or pay-desks in each station. Standard tickets cost 200 Russian Rubles, while business class tickets cost 350 Russian Rubles as of 2016. Trains that run from the early hours of the day until 6 and 7 pm are the easiest way to get to Vladivostok Airport from each corner of the city.

Bus

If electric train timetables are not suitable for you, you can also use city buses with frequent service. You can arrive at the airport within a maximum of one hour if you take the bus 107, which departs from the bus stops located at the most central points of the city and arrive at the Vladivostok Airport. Ticket for bus 107, which provides transportation seven days of the week, is only 100 Rubles as of 2016. In addition, you can use shuttle bus number 7, even if it rides less frequently unless its timetable suits you, because these buses go straight to Vladivostok airport. Taxi

Although public transport is well developed, the use of taxis is very common in Vladivostok. The prices are a bit higher than the average, but you can use them in cases where you need to reach the airport late at night. You can either go to a taxi stand that are located in the city's central areas or call a taxi at any time. Primavtolayn, which offers transportation services at a more affordable price than other taxi companies, only provides transportation services between Vladivostok Airport and Vladivostok city center. You would pay 1000 Russian Rubles if you want to go to Vladivostok Airport from the city with the allocation of this company, and 1700 Russian Rubles if you choose one of the other companies.

Car Rental

There are much more options in Vladivostok city center compared to the airport and you would certainly benefit financially from choosing one of the domestic car rental companies. Once you pick-up your car in minutes with your international driver's license and pre-reservation, all you need to do is to take the M60 coastal road in the north of the city. You are likely to arrive at Vladivostok Airport in 40 minutes.

Minibus

"Matrushka", or minibuses, constantly travel back and forth between the departure terminal of the airport and the city center of Khudzhand. The minibus network provides access to virtually every corner of the city of Khudzhand. Although they are not very spacious, they are cheap. It takes around 25 minutes to reach the city center in this way.

Taxis

Taxis can also be rented from the airport, and the standardized price to reach the city center from the airport is 30 Tajikistan Somoni.
