Since the city is rich in oil, fuel is cheap, making traveling by car a very attractive option. Getting to the city center from the airport is very easy. One of the city’s most important avenues, Heydar Aliyev Avenue will connect you to the Boyuk Shor Highway, which goes to the airport. From the highway take the Airport exit. The airport contains indoor and outdoor parking lots where you can park your personal car for a certain fee.

Konya Airport, which is a medium-sized airport that serves intercity transportation in civil and military categories, is located in Selçuklu District. There are various alternatives to reach Konya Airport, which has been opened to civil air traffic as of 2000, from the city center and the bus station. You can also take advantage of a number of services in the terminal building of Konya Airport where you can find various transportation alternatives from the airport to the city center.

You can reach the city center from Konya Airport, which is located in Selçuklu District, by HAVAŞ shuttle services, taxi and rental car, or you can also get to the airport by your car driving on the highway.

Taking a taxi is the fastest option you can prefer to reach the city center from Konya Airport. Depending on the traffic density, you can reach the city center in a very short time by taking a taxi, which allows you to use your time in a more economical way compared to other alternatives. HAVAŞ

You can reach the city center from Konya Airport by HAVAŞ shuttle buses. HAVAŞ is a more economical alternative compared to taxi and you can arrive at the city center after a comfortable journey that takes about 30 minutes by these shuttle buses.

HAVAŞ shuttle buses depart from the airport 25 minutes after your plane lands and follow a route consisting of the following stops: Otogar, Aydınlıkevler, Kulesite, Sille Kavşağı, Belediye, Alaaddin, Zafer, Duar and Anıt.

Rent a car

You can comfortably reach the city center by renting a car at Konya Airport, which has various offices that offer car rental offices in the terminal building. You can take advantage of this service by contacting various companies such as Hertz, Budget, AVIS and Enterprise in the airport building.
