Transportation to Airport from Hangzhou City Center
Hangzhou Xiaoshan Intl. Airport
You should use airport bus or airport taxi to go to Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport from Hangzhou city center. If you will stay in the city for a long time, you may also rent a car. As the distance between the airport and the city is 27 km, your transportation between two points will not take much time and the amount you need to pay will be reasonable.
Bus
Airport buses are the cheapest and easiest way of transportation between Hangzhou city center and Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport. You can buy bus ticket from Wulinmen CAAC ticket office that is next to the KFC located in the west of Wulin Square. Passing by the city center, Zhongshan Grand Hotel, Grand Metropark Hotel and Chengzhan Train Station, the airport buses go to the airport in 50-55 minutes. You can buy a ticket for 20 Yuan. Airport buses are the most popular transportation option in the city.
Taxi
Being preferred frequently in the city center of Hangzhou, city taxis are sometimes cost more compared to airport taxis. In order to use airport taxi, you should contact with the taxi stand at the airport and call a taxi to your location. With fixed price agreement, you can go to the airport in 30-40 minutes from your point of accommodation. Hangzhou Xiaoshan airport is located inside the Zheijang region of China, in the south of Qiantang. Being 27 kilometers east of the Hangzhou city center, the airport is the 10th busiest airport of China. The airport welcomed more than 28 million passengers in 2015. Nuremberg Airport
Nuremberg is a city in the southeastern region of Germany, in the German state of Bavaria. It is the second largest city in the state and is home to the second busiest airport in the state. Metro
The U-Bahn metro system operates 3 different lines throughout the city. Taking the metro to the city is very convenient. There is a metro station located in the airport that provides transportation to the city center. The U2 line departs from the Flughafen station and gets to the city center in about 12 minutes. The U2 line connects the airport with the Central Railway Station (Hauptbahnhof) and the historic old town (Altstadt). Trains run every 10 to 15 minutes. Bus
Taking the bus to the city center from Nuremberg Airport is another transportation alternative. There are 2 bus lines that operate during the day and one bus line that operates at night, providing transportation between the airport and the city. Bus lines 32 and 33 provide transportation from the airport to the neighboring areas of Höfles and Thon. If you take bus line 32 to Thon you can transfer to the tram and take the tram to downtown Nuremberg. The night bus N12 provides direct transportation to the Central Railway Station, located in the city center. Bus line N12 operates from 1:28 am to 4:28 am. Bus lines 32 and 33 operate between 5 am and 12:30 am.
Taxis
Since the airport is located in close proximity to the city center, taking a taxi is a great alternative. A taxi from the airport to the city takes about 15 minutes, when there is no traffic. Of course if there is traffic the total trip time can vary. Taxis are easily accessible at the terminal exits. A taxi to the city center costs around 20 Euros.
Rental Car
Renting a car is another way to get to the city from the airport. You can rent a car from the Rental Car Center or book a vehicle in advance online. You can also return your vehicle to the Rental Car Center at the airport before your departure, if you are flying out of Nuremberg. The airport is conveniently connected to the city by the highway, so driving to Nuremberg is quite easy and enjoyable.
