It also goes directly to the airport's domestic terminal (column 18) and to the international terminal (column 15). Park 23/9, Pham Ngu Lao, Tran Hung Dao, Ben Thanh Station, Le Loi, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia and Nguyen Van Troi are some of the stops between the city center and Tan Son Nhat Airport. As of March 16, 2016, the fare for single-use ticket for bus 109 is 12.000 (less than 5 km) – 20.000 (more than 5 km) Viet Nam Dong.

Taxi

If your priority is speed and comfort on the journey from the city center to Tan Son Nhat Airport, taking a taxi would be an ideal choice for you. Taxis in the city are often preferred by tourists. Airport Information

The Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Vietnam's capital Ho Chi Minh is located 5 kilometers north of the city center, also known as District 1 or Saigon. At Tan Son Nhat Airport, which is the largest airport in Vietnam, there are two separate terminal buildings for arrival and departure. The airport, which increased its passenger capacity from 8-10 million in 2007 to 25 million in 2017 as of January, serves the passengers with travel agencies, car rental companies and tourist information centers.

You can reach the city center from New Orleans Louis Armstrong International Airport by taking a taxi or using the airport shuttle service. There’s a consolidated car rental system (CONRAC) in New Orleans Louis Armstrong International in a separate location to the terminal building. You can choose a car that’s suited for you budget there from 9 separate agencies. To get to CONRAC you should use the exit next to the baggage reclaim belt 12 - 14 and walk a short distance. To get to the city center from the airport you should follow the I-10 W motorway and it should take around 20 minutes to reach the city center.

Bus

If you prefer to use public transport then you can reach the city center in around 40 minutes by taking the 202 bus. The ticket price is $ 1.50.

Hotel Shuttle Services

Hotels also offer shuttle services to and from New Orleans Airport. It’s quite practical and comfortable but can be a little more expensive than taking the bus. You can contact your hotel to inquire about whether they provide this service and get some more detailed information if they do.
