You can take a taxi to from Luanda city center to go to the Quatro de Fevereiro Airport. If you prefer a cheaper transportation vehicle, there are several different buses operated by both state and private companies. Renting a car is another alternative.

Car Rental

In the city center you can find both world-renowned and local companies. You should remember that renting a car in Luanda is more expensive than usual. In general, the daily cost of a standard car rental starts at 330 Turkish liras. You can reach the Quatro de Fevereiro Airport in about 30 minutes by connecting to the Deolinda Rodrigues Road, following the airport signs, with the car you rent.

Taxi

You will not have any problems finding a taxi in the city center. Almost every taxi can be paid in US dollars as well as Kwanza, the local currency. It takes less than half an hour to reach the airport by taxi from the city center under normal conditions.

Bus

Malay Airport, which is used for transportation to the Philippines's Caticlan city and other areas nearby, is usually hosting short-haul regional flights. The passengers landing at Malay Airport can use taxis, boats and private shuttles to reach the city center and other areas.

Taxi

You can easily find a taxi during the hours when the flights are arranged at the airport and travel from the front of the terminal to the center. The taxis are very affordable for reasons such as low exchange rates and short distances.

Boat

After arriving in the city center from the airport with the taxis or other means, you can travel to different islands and beaches by boats. Boats are often used in the country, composed of many islands.

Private Shuttle

Private shuttles may also be preferred to get to the city center from Malay Airport. Shuttle fares may vary depending on the company or hotel that offers the service, the number of passengers, time of travel and duration. When you travel as a more crowded group, you can take advantage of these vehicles at a more affordable price.
