You can reach the airport from the city centre with bus route 18. This journey will take approximately 30 minutes in normal traffic conditions. A one-way ticket costs 2.5 dollars.

There are many companies that provide shuttle services to the airport. The vehicles that are used to transport passengers vary in size and ‘comfort levels’. Nashville International Airport is located 9 miles south-east of the city centre, and is an airport that has embraced all forms of art. You can reach the city centre in 17 minutes in normal traffic conditions.

Bus

It is possible to get to the city centre in about an hour and a half by using buses 3 or 51 from the bus station outside of the arrivals terminal, and then by transferring to bus no. 1.

Shuttle Service

The shuttle service providers are located downstairs at the baggage claim area. You can reach the city centre comfortably with a shuttle service. A limousine service is also on offer for travellers that enjoy luxury. Be aware of chauffeurs that are not employed by the airport’s authorized service companies.

Hotel Shuttle Service

Some hotels in Jacksonville pick up guests that have already reserved a room in advance from the airport. Some hotels provide this service free of charge, but this service can also be costlier than a taxi.
