With the car you rent, you can reach the airport in just 10 minutes from the city center.

The route you need to follow is quite easy. Take the N3 road to the west of the city center and connect to the N1 motorway after about half a kilometer. Only after 3.5 kilometers, you can see the airport on your right

Nouakchott International Airport is the only airport in Mauritania. On the other hand, it is a very small airport and serves only with basic units. It is important to remember that at the airport, where no extra service is provided, very strict searches are made.
