About Hua Hin
Hua Hin, which is one of the coastal cities of Thailand, is located on the western bank of the Gulf of Thailand. Hua Hin is the oldest holiday city of the country and has many famous beaches and places for accommodation. According to the data obtained in 2006, about 85 thousand people live in Hua Hin, which is located about 200 kilometers of Bangkok, the capital of the country. Hua Hin, whose reputation increased after the royal family settled in this region for holiday purpose in 1920s, continues to be preferred by many families as a holiday place.
The city, which has a tropical climate, has a clean, fresh and beautiful nature. It can be said that the temperature is the same for every month throughout the year and the average temperature is 25 degrees. Although Hua Hin Airport was built in the city in 2015, it doesn’t offer service yet. However, the city can be reached by buses going to the capital Bangkok.
In addition, the city is located on the southern railway line providing transportation between Bangkok and Singapore. Road transportation is preferred for urban transportation. Among the most prominent activities in the city are fishing, fitness, martial arts, elephant camp, Tai massage, SPA, cooking courses, hiking, cycling, diving, water sports, pony riding and golf.
