You can travel to Yüksekova Selahaddin Eyyubi Airport from Hakkâri by renting a car or taking a taxi.
It is nearly one hour ride by taxi to the airport from the city center, where you can find the taxi stands. The journey may take a little longer at the evening hours due to the security reasons, especially during the winter months, so you may need to set off earlier to reach the airport on time.
You can rent a car and travel to the airport by contacting Sümbül Oto Kiralama (Car Rental), the only car rental company in Hakkari city center. Renting a car may be risky given the long and difficult conditions of winter climate.
Yüksekova Selahaddin Eyyubi Airport has recently been put into service, so only a few services can be provided inside the single terminal building. The airport, which has an ample parking area around it, has a health care room for emergency purposes and a baby care room for the passengers traveling with infants or small children. You can make your money transactions in the town center because there is no cash dispenser at the airport.

If you take bus line 32 to Thon you can transfer to the tram and take the tram to downtown Nuremberg. The night bus N12 provides direct transportation to the Central Railway Station, located in the city center. Bus line N12 operates from 1:28 am to 4:28 am.
