San Diego International Airport is 5 kilometers away from the city center. It is only 10 minutes away from the city. There are many options for airport transportation. If you want to take advantage of these options, you can benefit from shuttle services, taxi or metro-bus.

Shuttle

The Super Shuttle company offers private shuttle service from the airport to the main points of the city center and the hotels. This service is the most expensive transportation method that you can use to travel from San Antonio International Airport to the city center and other parts of the city if you are traveling with more than 2 people.

Travelling to the city center from the airport by private shuttle costs 19 dollars per person. If you are going to a place outside the city center and this is not a hotel, the cost can increase to 29 dollars. For this reason, if you plan to go to Riwer Walk or the bus station, it would be more cost-effective to give the name of a nearby hotel.

Bus

It is possible to reach the city center by getting on the bus route 5. The travel lasts about 35 minutes under normal traffic conditions. One-way ticket price is 1,30 dollars. The bus route starts operating at 05:00 am and offers service until 10:00 pm.
